A new efficient catalyst for the production of hydrogen for fuel cells

Abstract

Two Cu-Zn-Zr and Cu-Zn-Zr-Ga catalysts were modified by addition of Cr and/or Ce and user for steam reforming of MeOH at 433–473 K under N2. The modification resulted in an increase in H2 production yield and selectivity decreased with the increasing the reforming temperature.
